Well, for example maybe in Switzerland? Valuev for example gladly accepted to fight in Switzerland and a lot of other countries. While yes, Ottke did not had classic called fans friendly style. It was not DM or Maske.

He knew where to move to not to get hit. That’s why he got named “Phantom.” BEST CHIN Ottke: That’s hard to say. I always trained and still train my boxers to hit and not to get hit. To answer this question in another way — I was worried the least when Sven Ottke stepped into the ring. FASTEST HANDS Ottke: Ottke is naturally gifted. FASTEST FEET Ottke: One of the most evasive fighters I have ever seen. SMARTEST Ottke: Ottke was the smartest to effectively implement tactics inside the ring. Abraham is clever analyzing strengths and weaknesses of his opponent inside the ring. The problem is that he is not always focused and doesn’t bother about every foe. That’s when he gets problems. He tends to underestimate opponents. And last but by no means least BEST PUNCHER Ottke: You might laugh about my next statement but the truth is that Sven Ottke was the hardest puncher. The problem was that due to his style and his ring intelligence, he couldn’t or didn’t want to open up to showcase it. You could see it once, when he had to go for broke versus (Anthony) Mundine. Otherwise, Arthur Abraham has one hell of a punch This content is protected This content is protected
what's obvious is obvious, I dont feel like to waste my time. You are wrong. Period. You want arguments? not my problem. Learn the sport.
In regards to that it's not true that ottke is underrated. He's an incredibly limited fighter who actually fought no one. You want to say that he's underrated blahblahblah. OK, do it, but dont pretend people to agree with that, because that's stupid.
as If I were a calzaghe's fan, I cant stand calzhage. But anyway roy jones is worth the whole ottke's resume 20 times at least. But anyway, again, I dont care. I like ottke, as I said. It's only that you are wrong. You, obviously, think that you are not. So, nothing else to add. Have a good night.
Ottke lost to Byron Mitchell and Robin Reid and had had close fights with Brewer. He was a world level fight and good enough to pick up a title but was beaten by fighters who were far from great (no shame losing to Reid mind). Not sure what relevance the American hype argument has when applied to Ottke when Mitchell exposed his true level.
Yeah, Micthell had beat Ottke in pros? For business better if punched in the face for a living are guys from Mexico, US or U.K. More fanbase with dumbasses etc.
