    AJ wins by stoppage.

All over once he catches Usyk.

Joshua fights take so long to negotiate he only manages 1 fight a year these days.

Maybe he won't fight at all and just wait for the winner of Fury V Wilder.

If Usyk makes it through the first half of the fight I think that the second half will be a beatdown of AJ. Of course Joshua has the ability to land something big and end it early. I lean towards Usyk on points.

Pro boxing is entertainment business and I usually hear more bit c hin g form wester fans regards to point wins vs some boxers here.

No one will be surprised if AJ will KO this Usyk and especially if cash cow AJ will win decision.

More surprising might be AJ loss via decision or stoppage.

We all do know that AJ is like Ward or Canelo in US and there this cash cow is big cash cow for eddie and co.

Nothing wrong, pro boxing is big business here.

A.J is olympic champion with very questionable, widely discussed in internet win in Olympic Games in his own backyard.

AJ by stoppage although I say it with no certainty.

Usyks footwork and speed of movement match him up well with someone who can be a bit stiff and robotic and has shown some signs of having a slightly low gas tank BUT he can be hit and AJ hits very hard has some decent skill himself I expect Usyk to have his moment but I just think he hasn't looked hugely impressive so far at heavy.

I think AJ will score a knockdown in this fight, and he will either KO usyk, or the knockdown will separate them enough on the scorecards to give AJ a decision.

Usyks best chance is to come in lighter than he has so far and pack his running shoes. Movement is key against someone as big and powerful as Joshua, especially when Joshua looks to have faster hands.

Movement, timing and stamina are usyk's main advantages, coming in heavy he gives one of those away and reduces another. He'll need to be at his absolute best to remain upright after 12.

Usyk has gained about 12-13 lbs since Chisora.

I think Usyk is going for the KO vs Joshua tbh. He's gained a further 12lbs since fighting Chisora, and now is only about 9/10 lbs lighter than Joshua.

He could still use his skills, but I think he's going for a TKO/KO because of the extra weight potentially.

That sounds like a terrible strategy, he's literally giving up his only advantages.

Agreed, it is. But Usyk has gained the weight, and I can't imagine why he'd gain another 12-14lbs if he's not trying to gain power.

If I were Usyk I'd be working on my evasion and agility.

I've been thinking this over for a while. The fact that Usyk is seemingly coming in heavy I think will work against him.

I think Joshua will have problems early maybe even lose the early rounds as he tries to establish his jab while Usyk uses his movement to make him miss and counters. But eventually Joshua's power and size will come into play in the later rounds and he'll suddenly catch Uysk with a big shot and the fight suddenly turns and Joshua finishes him in 7-8 rounds.

The interesting thing is, though, is that Usyk usually takes 2-3 rounds before he really starts doing his best work.

This fight will be very interesting,.

I think that will be the case too, he'll probably have his best rounds from rounds 4-6 but Joshua will get to him in the end much like how he struggled with Povetkin then slowly got into the fight and then suddenly ended it.

Indeed it will be interesting. I've said AJ struggles with movement since he fought Savon in the Olympics it will be interesting to see how he deals with Usyk's movement and see how he has improved in this regard, if he's improved at all. I wouldn't be shocked if Usyk beat him if I'm honest.

Undefeated, Olympic gold medalist and will be remembered as one of the greatest CW’s of all time yet ‘Vegan Beast’ from boxing24 forum knows a better strategy for him. Righto!
