Yeah, I think he earned it with his performance first time around, no problem with that fight.

I forgot about Pianeta. He was the worst. Got me.

Mormeck was the cruiserweight champ and would’ve been a strong defense in Louis’ time. Leapai beat Boytsov, so he earned his place. Thompson was a good fighter and idk what you’re smoking if you think he wasn’t better than Wach.

False. . Neither Leapai OR Boystov ever earned their place on top of the WBO rankings. . Boystov was placed #1 without ever having beat a top 10 ranked WBO contender. Prove me wrong?
He replaced long running #1 Contender Helenius without ever fighting him.

He was ordered to face Fury and Chisora but was still placed #1 after withdrawing from both fights.

He was fully expected to beat forklift operator Lepai and go on to be a challenger for Klitschko in Germany. . It had all been arranged because he was well known to the German fans.. That was until he lost to the patsy brought in to legitimise his mandatory status.

Here's the WBO rankings for 2013... Look at it then explain to me how Boystov mysteriously got ranked #1 ??

ps try not to have a hissy fit

It's clearly Louis and to be honest, I don't think it's close.

Joe Louis for me, as he dominated the entire division

Wladimir although completely dominant was tag teaming with his brother

Had he fought his brother then I think he would have lost too.

Because you are too insecure and know full well you will be splattered in debate , that why.. You just got owned and its there for everybody to see so i don't really care if you squirm away like a sissy boy.

Fact is Boystov was promised the fight without beating anybody but he was so poor he lost to the stool pigeon brought in to give him the win. . Wlad then fought the stooley. That is how it went down.
Both Boystov and Leapai sucked , neither of them earned their shot at the unified belts.

Mormeck was cruiserweight champ five years before he fought Wlad. And he hadn't fought for two when he actually got in there. He should've lost to the even more average Ibragimov and was like 49 years old. That's not a strong defence in any era, let's not pretend otherwise.

Lepai couldn't beat Kevin Johnson or Manuel Charr.... literally nothing more needs to be said.

Thompson was bang average. Wach was too, but both the TT rematch and the Wach fight were both poor defences.

It’s relative to those guys Louis was fighting. Thompson would’ve been one of Louis’ toughest opponents. Watch his fight with Krasiqi. He was a difficult and well rounded fighter in his prime, with excellent size.

    It’s Louis.
However you’ll be hard pressed to find any heavyweight champion that dominated their opposition in the ring like Wlad did. He barely lost a round in many fights for years.

Louis would've butchered a 40 year old Thompson and plenty of of his opponents would as well. Please don't say things so moronic.

Which opponent would’ve butchered Thompson? Who ever butchered Thompson?
