Only fighter I can think of from this recent era is GGG became a fan after he demolished Stevens and called him out afterwards, “I’m a bad boy this my show knock em down knock em out”, Thought he would be a breath of fresh air instead he claimed to be ducked while ducking guys like Lara and Trout or Ward tried to diva Cotto when the real Champ didn’t and compared subpar comp to elite fighters.

Khan...going life and death with Marcos maidana when I thought he'd dodge him forever

Haye- I didn't dislike him but his last stand Vs bellew on one leg showed he did actually have the heart when the going got tough

Canelo...liked him til he popped dirty n became just another divausyk...didn't like him cos I thought his style was boring...then he fought everyone and their mum in their own countries...unified cruiser n then the cherry on the cake...sparking bellew left him and that moment forever in my wank bank

I'll add to this when the baby isn't screaming

Usyk made me a fan by fighting all those tricky fights (especially Breidis and Gassiev) on away soil. I also like how he's willing to test himself at HW regardless how it turns out.

I've always liked Fury just because he's a bit of a character. The Batman thing vs Klitschko was very funny.

Well, Canelo liked me a lot after fight he had lost vs Floyd Jr.
I do not worship 0 in record at all and at least he had stepped up.
Later, sorry, all there canelo weight classes, clauses, short camps for opponents, horsemeat natural juice, cherry picking and really do not lie, he was loud cherry picker:D, till today no fight Floyd Jr vs Canelo II or Golovkin vs Clenelo III , we do know what here means clen :bump in athletics, 0 place for excuses here.
It is really shame for boxing with cash cow fighting only in US and using his fanbase to claim to be best in the world.

    Plus fans cleneloids clenbutereloids :bananaride

Well, Usyk fights vs Briedis ( this boxer then did not had german managers/ prom ) or Gassiev had lesser risk with judges cards.
A bit more vs Huck in Germany.
Far more than WBSS figths, I think was fight vs Glowacki from Poland in Poland, this was not WBSS pro tournament and first Usyk's full world title. In Poland. :(:(:(.
WBSS did not had used local refs and judges to judge in the ring / or/ score fights if fights boxer from this country where event is happening.
Looks that with this they had attempted to maintain integrity.

    Fan

Eubank snr: huge spirit, so tough, had a totally unique personality outside the ring with the voice, the jodhpurs, the monocle, the big truck etc...

Foreman: Monster in his prime, fought on to a ridiculous age, never got punchy, and then released a fat reducing grilling machine...need I say more?

Marciano: record breaker, huge heart, loved his style, and his story was fascinating to me as a kid.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    Not a fan

Wilder: crass, sore loser, disgusting comments about killing people in the ring.

There are loads more who I like or dislike, but none to the extent mentioned above.

    Charlie Edwards.
Says he wants a rematch with Martinez, then runs from a rematch.

    Canelo.
Defended by his rabid fans from any criticism, PEDs, rehydration clauses, favorable judging, and so on.

    Wilder.
To his credit he is always entertaining, but his insane list of excuses are very disappointing. I expect a few when a fighter loses, not three dozen.

    Ryan Garcia.
I never really disliked him, but didn't think he'd make it as far as he has. Was impressed with the way he handled getting knocked down by Campbell.

    Usyk.
"I am feel, I am very feel."

    Inoue.
A friend and I drove 6 hours to Valdez to visit another friend. After a few beers and winding down, I noticed his fight with McDonnell was about to start. Figured I'd watch a couple rounds before passing out but Inoue did me a favor and ended it early.

    SRR.
Immediate rematch with Gonzalez, and his post fight interview after the second made me a fan.

There are probably more on both sides, these are the ones that come to mind quickly and easily.

I didnt like Fury before because i was Klitchko fun. But he won me over with his brave stance on religious and LGBT isues despite brutal anti-campaing media and third sector organizations waged against him.

I never was against Fury regards this fight.
Wlad had great legacy in am and pro ranks, already was very rich and looked concerned about something else even before fight vs Pulev.
If young lad managed to score vs really rich old lion, I did not had felt offense here.
Different thing when they had " reanimated " even more older and seriously ring rusty Wlad for fight vs A.J, this looked like:ohno:ohno :ohno:ohno:ohno:ohno:ohno.

Fury had disappeared from scope after this big fight.
Now he is returned here. Looks that had been " reanimated " to fight vs Wilder?

Deontay Wilder after he beat Stiverne, and went on to fight three no hopers who were very badly ranked in reality, despite their ranking by the WBC.

Wilder said he had the WBC belt and was therefore the number one heavyweight in the division, and not Wladimir. He also said if Wladimir wanted to fight him he would have to come over to the USA.

Right then I realised Wilder was not going to make any serious attempt to try and beat all top heavyweights, and unify the division like I hoped.

Yeah, lad had handled this smoothly and continued even more active fight.
I assumed that he is more about modern social networks than about boxing. He also behaved normally after this win.
Maybe guy is not bad as person.
