    Mayweather weighed 155lbs, Paul 189½lbs. Johnson, a former NFL star formerly known as "Chad Ochocinco" and now 43 years old scratching the itch to fight in what he says will be his only planned competition, weighed in at 179½lbs and his opponent Maxwell, a veteran of three different combat sports (MMA, bare-knuckle, and pro boxing) albeit with losing records in all three, weighed in at 183½lbs.

    I don't know how Mayweather always does it. Everytime he announces a fight I end up watching.

    Ochocinco was 192 lbs as an NFL player, and weighed in at 179.5 lbs. He was already ripped as a football player. Now that's a weight bully but it's understandable because its his first boxing match and his fighting a guy with combat sports experience, so we'll give him a pass.

    To be fair, six foot southpaw Maxwell, in his only pro boxing match previously (a TKO2 loss to Gaspard Pierre four months ago) weighed in 193¼ - and in MMA he fought at both light heavy (205lbs) and full-on heavyweight. So not sure the weight bully tag fits here...plus Maxwell is a full decade younger than Ochocinco.

    I was going to get this just to see the Pascal vs Jack fight but with that fight in the shitter, I'm going to watch the fab four documentary on Showtime instead.

    Pascal was scared of Bad Jack. I don't blame him, Bad Jack is a beast, and would have given Pascal a rough and tough fight.

    I just discovered that both Jack and Colina missed the 175lb limit by a couple of pounds, so editing the post to reflect that now three of the four PPV matches are taking place at 'cruiser'.

    Get out of here. This farce shouldn't even be occurring and makes a mockery of this fine sport. As a 40 year boxing fan I am sickened at how Mayweather is degrading this sport for money.

    Sadly, however, he is a long line of boxers who have embarrassed the sport in this manner. Unfortunately, the internet makes this dreck much more accessible to wider audiences than in prior generations.

    BRAVO to IB and all of our fine Round by Round folks for helping to delegitimatize this obscene degradation of our sport!!
