Latest rumour in the 'exhibition bout' fad, seen this in UK tabloids
    https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/14905672/carl-froch-roy-jones-jr-exhibition-fight/

Whilst I would have like to have seen this Prime 4 Prime (Roy being one of the few fighters with a good chance of actually stopping the Cobra), I'm not really sure what it offers right now.

Youtubers and retro-exhibitions taking all the attention from the real sport IMO!

Froch stops him. none of that running around skipping nonsense. Froch isnt 30years from his prime.

Roy's legs are so far gone, he looked shaky walking to the ring against Tyson. ****ing sad seeing him fight.

You would think that's the only likely outcome, but who knows with these 'exhibitions', maybe they need to "keep to script" or summat.

Froch will beat him down if they really do fight and not just a friendly exhibition.

Money! Easy money more than they can get doing anything else. I don't hate fighters who want to make a living after their careers are over.

The real sport created this market when fights like spence - crawford, WIlder - AJ, Fury - AJ etc aren't happening / not being enforced.

    Agreed.

Sadly, a prime Roy would have absolutely battered Froch.

Dear God no. Froch would stop Roy in like 2 rounds. Roy has flabby pecs at this point. That's all you need to know

Roy needs to pack it in and just concentrate on the coaching/training he does. I'm sure he works with Eubank Jnr.
