This is a good matchup. Both looked good in some fights and also pretty average in other fights. Both have major flaws. Really tough to pick a winner. Power and size edged by Ajagba but speed and technique edged by Sanchez.
If hes not ready for Sanchez now he likely never will be. It's a risky move though, as hes the type of guy who could probably draw enough interest crushing 20 cans to get a title shot.
It's a good looking record and a decent opponent. Can't really fault Anderson for taking the fight at this stage since he's really young and only 9 fights into his career. If anything it's the kind of matchmaking he needs. A solid test of a big undefeated heavyweight who'll come to win.
The man that could most improve Ajagba would have been the late great Curtis Cokes. I watched him transform Ike Ibeabuchi from a crude brawler into the consumate boxer puncher. Its nothing short of a tragedy what happened to Ike & to Curtis. After all its every trainers dream to train the World Heavyweight Champ
Yes!!! Big time fights with good undercards are almost nonexistent these days. If all of these HW fights are confirmed then I just got a whole lot more excited for this night.
