I would be very surprised and impressed if Bolotniks is JB's next opponent!

I rate Bolotniks highly, he's immensely strong, durable and has good power. He would cause any British LHW big problems, and probably beat most.

So if that is Buatsi's next fight, that is one hell of a step up!

I don't see buatsi getting beat by bolotniks. I thought callic was a good test and see bolotniks as the same. Buatsi should win this in a tough fight but come out of it a better fighter.

I think this is good match making. If he loses then he goes back to the drawing board but I think he does the job.

 

Bolotniks won almost every round against Hosea Burton pummeling him around the ring

Buatsi hasn't even beat a Hosea Burton level fighter yet.

I'm expecting a pull out and a Hungarian former Yarde opponent to be drafred in at late notice. After all the careful matchmaking of Buatsi I'd be very surprised if they suddenly chucked him in with Bolotniks

 

Bolotņiks had beated up better fighters than Calic, ofc vs eddie fighter he already had lost on cards.
I'm not sure that he might be able to win Ward or Michel on cards too, pro boxing is not sport here, live with reality.

Pro boxing is entertainment business and big business needs next superstars like maybe Buatsi might be created up and form PROPER countries, let's be more open about reality and with proper promoters.

Far above Calic for sure. Not only Burton, CW Nielsen did not looked good vs Bolotņiks, of course pro boxing is business and cards are next fun there in german event vs Sauerland boxer.
For sure bunch with more known boxers Bolotņiks had fought with were top 100 ranked, majority of them are even today.

Eddie ofc does knows that on cards Buatsi already had won, still risk that Buatsi might be turned into WardII, Gasanov II, Prusak II, Cordoba II or Michel II and then cards will not help.

While there are a lot of enough well known boxers ranked in top 100 for Buatsi to pick up.

I don't want to get into arguments about scorecards. It's always favourable to the home fighter any close rounds. This is anywhere in the world.

If its controversial it doesn't put him in a good position either. People have eyes and can see if someone has been robbed. A close win is slightly different, but a clear loss and getting the decision isn't helping anyone.

There have been a few over here now. I used to think it was germany mainly and a few shockers in Vegas. We are starting to do the same but its the draw who everyone makes money from.

I'm not delusional, in pro boxing Buatsi and Bolotņiks pair looks like this: one is undefeated pro boxer, former olympian with medal from large country, another: some nobody from small country, nothing special.
