Obviously Tyson's best work was before he lost to Douglas, and he never regained the lineal title.

The value of his work post Douglas, can be viewed a number of ways.

To help understand it better, I ask you to name his five best wins post Douglas.

Does anybody think that the Golota fight fits into the picture?

I know that it ended an a NC, but you might want to make that argument.

Golota went on to a draw with Chris Byrd, and an arguable robbery against John Ruiz.

Also he defeated Tyson's final conqueror Kevin McBride.

I omitted Golota simply due to the official result. Of course I wouldn’t argue to vehemently if someone wanted to include him.

I personally wouldn't include the Botha fight. Tyson looked awful, except for the outstanding knockout.
He looked better against Golota and his win over Savarese (okay, it's Savarese, but still) was savage.

    Ruddock 1, 2
    Bruno 2
    Stewart
Seldon (I know Bruce was scared shitless and bailed but the significance of the fight was big as it gave Tyson a portion of the title.)
