Nothing would surprise me. His actions at the presser were weak and came across as somebody that does not want to be there. I'm not buying his "silent assassin, filled with rage and hatred" nonsense, he looked petrified. Even Stevie Wonder could see that.

Which Wilder excuse did you like best?

    - I was injured prior to the fight
    - The gloves were tampered with
    - I was dropped as an infant
    - Breland was paid off by the Fury camp
    - The judges were white
    - The suit was too heavy (my personal favourite)
    - My water was spiked with fetal alcohol syndrome
    - He dented my head
    - The Dirrell brothers conspired against me

Very true. But who knows how Wilder digested what happened. He might believe that if the fight had continued, he would have stopped Fury. That may be just the motivation he needs to drive him. Add to the mix he has a new trainer and has belief that what he is learning will make him victorious.

I have no idea what people are saying when they say Wilder has nothing to lose. If he gets his ass kicked again it pretty much kills his career. The vast majority thought he lost the first. Saw him get his ass kicked in the 2nd. All the pressure is on Wilder to win the 3rd.

I think people are simply saying nobody expects Wilder win so he can only do so bad. I certainly don’t expect him to win, boxing isn’t natural to him and I can’t seeing him beating someone as skilled as Fury with all that time off. I don’t think the towel will be coming in this time though...It’ll be interesting.

The simplest answer usually being the best one, he looked bad because his condition is bad and there's every chance he doesn't make it to the ring. Even if it's not an intentional thing, just a bad mindset increases the chance of injuries, illness, scandal, etc.

It would be genius to play possum like this though, if he could do it intentionally. Fury had amazing performances against Wlad and Wilder 2 when he knew there was some danger, but he's turned in a few stinkers against opponents he hasn't taken seriously. There's only so much Wilder can change at this point, so lull Fury to sleep, work on a couple new wrinkles, and try to catch him off guard.

Again, I doubt he's doing this, but it wouldn't be a bad idea.

My favorite one is one of the first the Wilder fans came up with which was "his glove is floppy therefore his fist is in the wrist area," I find it hilarious because it's not actually a real thing it would be a huge disadvantage. The funny part is there are still loads of people who believe it's actually real some think "omg you are striking with your bareknuckles" and then there is a second group who believes "its a range finder" it's all so ridiculous. And if you talk to these people online they all tell you "i am a boxer and i have boxed many years you must have never put a glove on." The saddest part about this whole thing is the few boxers who have supported this bs like Steve C, Dewey Cooper and Joey spencer.

I know the look of a man tired of hearing a bunch of shizit talking. skilless as wilder is that is a man going for broke. every punch is going to be a death blow. he has prepared his shield and the wood for the viking funeral. do or die trying.

If Wilder gets knocked out again in the third match then he will become a grade B fighter. People will forget about him quickly and his future in boxing will be uncertain. Wilder needs a good game plan in this fight and he will have to fight to death. I'm sure that he will tell his corner not to throw the towel into the ring again this time.

If you add up the excuses it makes no sense.
They say his hand wasn't in the glove and floppy while wilder says fury had a egg weight in his glove

Personally, I hope he does show up and brings every ounce of pent up pain and harbored tenacity into the squared circle that night. I’ve said it dozens of times before; Fury is the heavy favorite and my rational mind knows he should win.

Tyson won’t have my support that night, and I’m not condoning any nonsense from Wilders part, I just don’t see the need to express the intense levels of disdain for the man. Flawed men attacking every aspect of his being with full vehemence seems physiologically unhealthy. I've disliked plenty of boxers but I've never shown this amount of distasteful contempt. All due respect, it's unevolved of anyone to waste so much energy loathing someone you don't have a personal connection too. Wilder isn't a death-dealing tyrant, and he's never stolen your wife lol.

I don’t see him pulling out of the fight unless something earth shattering takes place in his world. Also, no I won't go into hiding if he gets trashed around the ring again, I love boxing and that takes precedence over my support for a individual fighter.

THey say "fist in the wrist" is because his glove is floppy and that is from the 1st fight....but that didnt explain the ass beating he took in the 2nd fight so they had to make up more excuses and so for the second fight it's egg weights and no padding.

    so there conspiracies are
1st fight = floppy gloves and so they made up "fist in the wrist" nonsense which is hilarious because its not a thing and would be a serious disadvantage in fact you basically would make yourself useless.
2nd fight = egg weights and no padding

But as i was saying "fist in the wrist" is so stupid that should hav discredited them from the jump.

Wilder shows 100%. He's going for broke.
