Wasn't champion anymore, probably some psychological thing.. new attire, fresh start n all that.. didn't pan out but hey ho he was 41
Maybe, he wet his red shorts in fear, whilst back stage. His team couldn't wash and dry his urine soaked shorts in the time available, so he had to wear the grey back up shorts.
He wanted AJ to stand out, to shine like an African diamond in the liberal lighthouse of the British Empire, and so went for a subdued look. He loves Big Joshie even more than himself, which is saying something. And when you love someone like that, you don't get in their way, you don't smother their light. After that fight, Wlad cried. You know why? Not because he lost, but because Big Josh DID IT. Wlad was so proud of this new ambassador for global humanity and boxing. He was so proud to be a role model to such an amazing young man. It was like he was Sean Connery in the movie Finding Forrester, just a boxing version, and where Wlad definitely finds Forrester/AJ in the Sauna after the tutor sessions.
Was it something to do with that boring sales technique about putting his prediction of the result on a usb stick that was sewn into his shorts and auctioned off after the fight?
What was the prediction in the end? I think I heard it was for a fast start for Joshua then he tired a Klitschko to knock him out. Was it still auctioned?
. A.J is boxing world champion for you and guys like you, for me he is paper belts holder and nothing more. Andy Ruiz Jr is his daddy and he had proved this in the ring. A.J does have belts, Ruiz is his daddy and will remain till end of his life. Dad > belts. What a pride for british boxing: out of retirement boxers beatup in eddie souce is good thing, I agree with such pride. British souce and juice.
