Yea, he’d smoke scrubchenko again and make him run back to his daddy crying, because he was only a great amateur. As a pro he’s only good, not great.
And since no one wants to say the truth, I will: loma didn’t throw the first six rounds of the first fight because he was SCARED. He’s a scared little girl, who knows he wasn’t man enough to do anything in the ring that night except survive

Watching it back only strengthenedmy view that Loma shouldnt be at 135.

The difference in back and shoulders between Loma and Lopez was huge.

If the Lopez's had any class they would grant Loma a rematch.

 

Shoulda pulled out. Not sure what to say. A twenty minute video that can be summed up as "guys my shoulder was hurt I'm still legit" doesn't do much for anyone.

Loma is still one of the best fighters in boxing, and one of the best to watch. His ambitions always slightly exceed his grasp, but they are great and worthy ambitions.

I agree with not throwing for 6 rounds, but I don't think fear was the cause. Not the shoulder either. Watch the Rigo fight then watch the Lopez fight. You'll notice Rigo bit on every fient Loma made. Once Rigo went defensive, Loma would rail off punches side step and turn Rigo. Lopez was ready to throw, never went defensive. I think this threw off Loma's offense. Loma needs to put himself in a position for a rematch. Sure wish Lopez would rematch him.
