Tbh if I was him and he truly wanted out, I would be making the phone call to buy myself out ASAP.

 

It expires in October and I believe it only covers one more fight anyway, so this is Bob's last hurrah with Terence hopefully. He better sign with Haymon afterwards, no excuses. He'll get very good money no matter what and the defining fight of his career.

Absolutely, Al doesn't mind making big fights as long as they're in house. He'll get his chunk of change from both boxers and doesn't risk losing any belts, plus he creates a superstar from that almost certainly. It's a fight the fans want to see too, so he knows the PPV numbers would be tasty and couldn't pass up on it. He has every reason to make it happen.

 

If he does, he's a ducker. He's done with Arum, their relationship is totally soured now. If he signed with him it'd only be for the purpose of having an excuse not to fight the best at 147lbs. Even signing with Matchroom or Golden Boy would indicate the same. They have nothing to offer him either so it has to be PBC or zip, they even have the division above him on lockdown so he can't even exercise that option if he signed with anyone else.

 

Bud is not demanding the fight. Hard to blame anyone if all you here from him is I’ll fight who ever my team puts in front of me.

 

Old Bob will probably line him up with Ray Robinson. After all Robinson got shafted when the Mean Machine was given that gift draw.
