Parker's jab is trash. Yeah it's fast and flashy but it's literally a nothing punch. He has a 76 inch reach, 6 inches shorter than Ruddock's, Ruddock wouldn't even need the jab he could throw the smash or any other shot from a distance and still be outside of Parker's jab. There's not enough pop on it and he doesn't know how to use it to control range he simply throws it to set up his other shots. Problem is almost all his attacks start with a jab, his jab if anything is a liability as it signals to his opponent when to go defensive or counter. Of all the attributes I'd pick as an argument for Parker his jab isn't one of them it's one of his biggest flaws.
Tyson still had good movement, not on point but good enough to avoid some heavy power shots. Ruddock would easily be the danger man of the division if around now, no one would be safe. Mark, go and watch more of Ruddock

Ruddock had no skill what so ever just a good left uppercut, he was a mess in the ring but had a lot of power.
Yes it was, watch all of round 1. Lewis was outjabbing him but ruddock jabbed somewhat well for being at a reach disadvantage.
