This was an interesting contest this week in the final of the European U22 Championships at super heavyweight, Nikoloz Begadze (Georgia) vs Dmytro Lovchynskyi (Ukraine). Both I think have good futures.

He should try actually earning a shot at either man. I have always said that I think Martin is a bit better than he has shown, but he is not a hugely marketable due to past non-efforts, and if he wants a shot at the unified champ or WBC #1 contender, he is going to have to beat a series of guys to get there.

 

Martin is 35 now, I can see why he wants to cash out. But you are right he needs to be more active
