Extremely comfortable Whyte win, overwhelmingly likely by KO. I don't even know if Whyte would have any interest in that prospective matchup, there's very little intrigue in it. Martin would be better off targeting Wilder, assuming he doesn't retire after Fury III, Wilder is always happy to take an easy win (and if he's going to get back on the horse after another expected L, then someone like Martin is almost tailor made for him).... Let's face it, CM getting starched by either Whyte or Wilder, so why not target the one that's much more likely to say yes?
