As someone that does a lot of weight lifting does bench press really help ones KO power at all?

His form is as awful here as it is in the ring. Not sure which is worse truth be told. What an absolute gormless minger.

People say "modern boxers do weight training these days, they are more scientifc in their training approach than the old-timer boxers"
Then you see them lifting like that, and you think why are they even bothering .... ?

Bulking up so his suit doesn't tire him out again on the ring walk LOL.. He can't even bench properly... I would pay to see chicken legs do squats & deadlift .. Fury has completely ruined this chump

Well if he's practising lying down that's not a bad thing as he'll be doing plenty of that on fight night.

Wilder clearly isn't a weight lifter. Malik Scott wasn't there. When he sees the video, he'll probably ban those two guys from hanging out with Wilder before the fight. Doubt that was approved training. Looks like they are all just hanging out at Wilder's house.

Also, considering Wilder is coming off surgery, and the fight really can't be postponed due to injury at this point, doubt the "trying to lift as much as you possibly can while hanging out with buddies at night" nonsense was part of his regular routine.

Given that, Wilder weighs the same as Joe Frazier, and lifted about 140 pounds more than Joe. So, that's still pretty good for him.

But I don't want to see any more videos of Wilder trying to lift all he possibly can anymore. That was pretty dumb given where we are and how close the fight is.

Yeah the power isn't the thing he needs to work on, it's the punch variety and footwork.

LOL He's not that bad. He's at the top of the heavyweight division, made millions and has put himself in the position to redeem himself. Don't know if he wins, but hope he aquits himself better than he did in the second fight.
