Most on here (myself included) feel that Tank would lose to Taylor & Prograis. However, how do you think he'd do against Ramirez? Ramirez - a former unifed champ was, & still is a top dog at 140. How do you think the fight goes?

Twinkle toes has his future set, they are going to match him up with homeless rent boys & PBC popcorn sellers for the foreseeable future ..

    He could beat Ramirez
But Ramirez would give him a better war then Barrios.

    he wouldn’t fight scared.

Yep. It's a 50/50 fight. Ramirez is a bigger, harder hitting version of LSC imo - who tagged Tank with alot of clean punches & was very competitive. Ramirez does better than both Barrios & LSC

Tough fight. Ramirez is near top tier and its difficult to see Davis beating him. On the other hand Ramirez is not hard to find and Twink could load up on him. I give it 50/50 odds.

He is not fighting top guys at that weight, not even at 135.

Tayloe, Ramirez, Prograis all of them will beat and stop him probably later rounds.

Twink said he was worried about getting hit by Barrios ie. the guy whose only claim to fame is getting a gift from the three home judges against a seven fight novice in his previous fight

    Dan Rafael

'As disappointed as junior welterweight Batyr Akhmedov was when he heard the scores for his vacant secondary world title bout against Mario Barrios on Saturday night's Errol Spence Jr.-Shawn Porter undercard, it is worse now that he has viewed a video of the bout.

Even after scoring knockdowns in the fourth and 12th rounds at Staples Center in Los Angeles, Barrios appeared awfully lucky to win by scores of 116-111, 115-111 and 114-112 in a fight in which the crowd booed the decision loudly and most media at ringside had Akhmedov winning.'

And JCR is much better and more proven than Barrios, both amateur and pro, and he can crack with both hands, has a very good chin, and is big for the weight, relentless, and skilled pressure fighter with a great engine who throws a lot of punches.

I don't know why some people think Taylor can't punch hard because he most definitely can. KOs generally tend to dry up when you move to the world/elite level and you're facing world class fighters and world champions your own size but JCR, Barancyhk, Postol, Vazquez, Khongsong, Martin, and were all hurt/badly hurt and dropped and Khongsong was stopped in a round and sent home nursing broken ribs and a ruptured spleen IIRC and Davies was dropped with a jab (not the first time Taylor has dropped an opponent with a jab) and stopped in 7 and Vazquez who had never been stopped was dropped numerous times, taken out in 9 and says that Taylor is the hardest puncher he's ever fought. Taylor sent Ugas to the hospital after sparring him too.

The only one of all those world class fighters/world champions and undefeated fighters Taylor's fought who he hasn't dropped is Rougarou and he hurt him a few times and he'll tell you himself that Taylor hits hard. So the fact that JCR got dropped by Taylor is no reflection on the strength or lack thereof of his chin because he does have a good one and he's proven that in other fights against big punchers by walking through everything they threw at him.

Little LSC was lighting Twink up before he got clipped after throwing three straight right hands in a row against a power punching counter puncher which wasn't exactly the smartest move by him, JCR is much naturally bigger, stronger, tougher and much more powerful than him and if Gamboa's crippled chinny ghost can make it into round 12 against Twink with one good leg then I'm sure JCR won't have a problem doing the same and he'll be throwing serious heat at Twink.

JCR hits hard and even his jab is really heavy

Probably but I have never really rated Ramirez as anything great and stylistically he's made to order for Tank. I think Tank stops him in a war.

It’s time to cut the bs. If Tanks team felt they could beat Ramirez, they already would have fought. They want the Mexican crowd to buy their fights. Ramirez squashes Tank in 6.

I think he can beat Taylor, Prograis and Ramirez though I think Prograis fight might be even tougher than Taylor.
