Is it still there? I was just wondering this as I thought about Silly Hoe Surrender's apparently dented cheekbones. I wonder if the dent is is the shape of Fury's gloves and if it could possibly be a magnetic attraction for Fury's floppy gloves
I've been wondering about this as well. Soooo did the doctor's repair the dent? Is there a metal plate now?
I heard that if you have a bruise or a lump sticking out it means that you have one going in also. Like, if I punched you in the skull and you got a golf ball sized bruise sticking out, then you have the same under your skin too. Which is really puzzling to me because if Deontay Wilder has a dent... what is inside? I cannot physically picture a mirror shaped dent under his dent as the physical parameters do not match. I think this dent has taken us into the 5th dimension, something I am ashamed to admit that I'm not familiar with as of yet.
The more pertinent question is whether he has temporary or permanent psychological damage from the humiliation of defeat? If his behaviour at the press conference recently is an indication then he's clearly not gotten over the loss. Because, he refuses to accept he lost fair and square, to the better man, he has retreated into a fantasy world were it's him against the world, and everyone is out to steal what is his, and if it weren't for traitors in his camp, and the weight of his completely unnecessary costume that he tried on multiple times with no issues and which weighs a similar amount to what he wears when he trains anyway...errr...sorry, I nodded off there. Where were we? That's right...excuses...dodgy gloves (impossible), something else...yawn...anyway. The fact is, if he can win this fight, in his mind, Wilder will be vindicated - and everything will be right in the world. But, if he loses...well, then he has to face the truth. That he was beaten fair and square by the better man...and not just once, or even twice, but, in reality, three times. I don't know if his ego will allow him to do that. Therefore, if he loses, I expect him to retire with no announcements and to disappear from the sport completely.
If enough guys in his camp blow enough hot air up his ass, that dent will pop right out, good as new!
I don't know about that. Fury's floppy gypsy glove is exact same mold as the dent, after all it was what caused the dent in the first place. If he pushes the glove against Wilder's skull from the inside he could undo the dent. Only dilemma is how to get the glove on the inside of Deontay's skull without causing further irreparable damage..
His dented skull is an advantage because a large portion of wilder's problems are he is overly emotional, maybe with a dent he won't be anxious like before.
