Jose Luis Castillo, Diego Corrales, and Joel Casamayor. Lehlo Ledwaba, Tim Austin, and Anselmo Moreno.
Carlos Zarate and Julian Jackson, mainly because of their reputation as big KO punchers. Both of them often get mistaken as just a power puncher and nothing else, but their boxing skills get grossly underrated. Both Zarate and Jackson really are boxer punchers that are very efficient in fighting by the book.
Sam Langford ,Can counter and lead . Fight at range or inside ,perfect fighter on film a better version of Joe louis!
Jim driscoll a perfect boxer on film but I have seen dummies say he would lose to pressure fighters even though the film is him destroying a pressure fighter!
Wilfredo Gomez deserves a mention. People always forget just how good of an operator he really was at his best @ 122lbs. Edwin Rosario also deserves a shout. Just like Gomez he was a very deadly boxer puncher before he fell in love with his power. Great punch selection, counterpunching abilities, and nice footwork.
Billy Petrolle, Harry Matthews, Mickey Walker, Jimmy Carter, Virgil Akins, Freddie Dawson, Gomeo Brennan, Holly Mims.
His ring cutting worked well on who Frazier and Norton? I am almost certain you an I could cut the ring against Kenny. Have you seen his fight with Peralta? Young? against Ali it was so useful he got beat up the entire time thinking he was winning.
Zarate is a great shout. I believe his timing, precision and mastery of the basics are his biggest strengths over his power. Not flashy, but clearly excellent skills and high IQ.
