For example *160lbs* Gman. Guys that were just blatantly in the wrong weight class. Be it height, frame, fight night weight ect. Who are the worst offenders in your opinion? I think one that always stuck out to me was Hearns he usually gets a pass for being skinny but he allegedly always had hard cuts and went on to fight at LHW and if memory serves at CW?

Sot Chitalda. He was the Flyweight champion but his manager once said he wanted to move him up as high as 130lbs.

Two flyweights listed at 5'7" (170 cm), Koji Kobayashi and Facomron/Tacomron Vibonchai. They actually fought each other once. Kobayashi looked like he might have been tight at the weight. Vibonchai looked malnourished.

It would be kind of hard to stay. Take Leo Santa Cruz.
He was 122 pound champion but he probably weighed 140, which would make him big for a lightweight but small for a welterweight....while he was a super (duper) bantamweight, but a junior featherweight.
Then he moved up to featherweight and weighed 146 ,on the Mayweather v Pac undercard, which makes him a normal sized welterweight, though that donkey Jim Lampley called him a "full fledged featherweight."
Becoming "big for the weight" has become standard for the course. So much so that it is deemed unfair if there is a clause in a contract that states that you cannot be a cruiserweight or heavyweight, only a light heavyweight, if you want to fight for the middleweight title.
The real middleweights are fighting for the junior welterweight title.
It used to be rare to find a 5 foot 9 inch bantamweight but now there are everywhere. Because they are really lightweights.

Scottish Flyweight Tancy Lee was always a Bantam plus, saw the 'niche' and fought down below his true weight... paid off for him too.

ahead of his time, or just a 'Fly' man???

How much can a fighter cut? A measure of success for some today. Tiabu in the UFC looks like you couldn’t shave 10lbs off him without mistaking him for a Mr Olympia competitor and yet he manages to come in as big as 180-190lbs on fight night in a 155lbs weight class.

He was one of the leanest MW I have ever seen. I believe every word of it and I think his chin is a by-product of having a CWs medicine ball skull.

He actually passed out after weighing in for the first Watson fight. Then fought Watson a few hours later that same day, brimming with energy leaping into the ring.
