Who has Garcia beat, Campbell aside, that could be considered world level?

Davis, is another who has far less actual credibility than the hype suggests.

Unfortunately, it's the world we live in.

Social media makes them stars before they've even fought for a title.

One thing I'll give Mayweather is he seems very reluctant to risk Tank this early on.

Seems Garcia's team aren't as bothered.

I can't say who would win this one as I still don't think we've seen the best of either man, and Garcia is a bit of a riddle.

He seemed on the path to super stardom and was being hailed as a real talent.

The question is whether he is that good, or is just another hype job designed to sell fights against average opposition to gullible casuals.

i think García is somewhere in between Flawed Prospect & diamond in the rough.

tank will be a true real test & major step up for him.

Davis will either Apply just enough heat & pressure to transform him into that shiny diamond or expose & shatter that cubic zirconia chin.

I’m hoping it happens this year
    In September or November.
Tank can’t stay at lightweight forever.

    Like the diamond analogy, Hanz.

I think you are right about Garcia, it could go either way with him.
