Cruiserweight and Heavyweight thread.

After Briedis moved up in weight the two highest rated contenders are Cieslak and Opetaia. Who do you guys think will win?

 

Hmmm tough one to call. Opetaia has been inactive of late and is still a bit unproven, but Ciesak at the same time is a bit long in the tooth and has seen better days.

I'd go Opetaia.

Has Cieslak been in so many tough fights? Besides the Makabu one most of his fights have been fairly one sided.

 

Well... It's not like he's yet to do so or anything. His opposition so far has been dismal. Hopefully this is the beginning of him fighting more often and starting to step up, I won't be holding my breath.

 

Hopefully Dychko sparring Fury will lead to some opportunities.

 

You know what, forget i said anything haha, I for some weird reason was talking about Krystof Glowacki haha.

In that case then, it would be hard to go against Ciesak. Hard to judge Opetaia at this stage of his career as he is a bit unproven.

 

Did anyone notice our favorite Namibian brother Vikapita Meroro score a big win over some undefeated fighter in Germany?

Mihai Nistor will face Colby Madison on the Golden Boy card on Friday.

 

Teper is out and Gassiev will now face Michael Wallisch.

 

This is a better fight than the Teper fight so it's for the best

 

Gassiev could beat both early in the same night.
