Thurman fought a hell of a fight and made a strong push in the middle to late rounds. If it wasn't for that huge bodyshot, he may have been able to pull it off. It's a damn shame his stock took a plunge after that fight, cause to me it proved that he was an elite fighter. Going into that fight he was the most proven welterweight not named Pac and considered the number 1 guy.. Then he loses to a living, fighting legend, and he gets shitted on like he didn't just prove his worth.

i got a different perspective. i never rated thurman as the best welter...ever. so i predicted he would lose to pac, because hes never been that good. and i pick spence to smash him, and would have smashed him at any point. i think he even loses to mikey.
it looks like hes gonna keep fighting, so we will still get a chance to see whos perspective presents a clearer picture.

I can't believe you've been on this forum since 09 and you still can't recognise how much of a living legend Pacquiao is.
Floyd gave props to Pacquiao for beating Thurman ffs. Put your racial agenda to the side for once and enjoy the sport for what it is.

You and Willie are trolls at this point. Sad.

Pacquiao won the fight clearly and closely. Pacquiao got very angry when Thurman said that he will retire him. I believed what Thurman said but he could not do it. Damn.....

I'm pee-no. I just can't believe ya'll believe this. I haven't been on this site that long. That's about the time I was born. This is my daddy's account. I took it over after he passed. In honour of him and his love of boxing that he gave to me.

    I don't.

You don't ? I don't understand this. You said in your post above, " I can't believe people still think Pac won this fight.lol " so it mean that you think that Thurman won the fight, don't you?

Yeah I agree. I'm just wondering now where the hell Thurman is. He hasn't fought anyone for years.

    Two years ago today. :ggg

Pac hasn't fought since but is currently in training camp for a challenge of Errol Spence Jr. next month.

1-Time, has, on the other hand, fought zero times and still has nothing lined up. 32 years old, still pretty close to his prime, showing continued good form last time out (a loss, yes, but his only professional one so far, and there's no shame in dropping a competitive decision to a legend, who may have been forty but is still an energizer bunny with elite speed) - not retired, but just...not electing to stay active. For some reason. :nusenuse:
