The greatest fighter of all time couldn't beat Floyd Mayweather, needed three gifts against Marquez, got KTFO by two journeymen, got beat up by an aussie journeyman and was afraid of needles so couldn't take random drug tests when it mattered most.

Yet quite a few boxing legends and boxing people are declaring this without hesitation.

So what holds more weight — their opinions or those of a Manny-hating beta cuck's?

Awful argument, Pacquiao was nowhere near his natural weight at 147

You had GGG beating Canelo in the rematch, right? Well, many boxing legends didn't.

I look at things from a scientific and mathematically perspective.

Someone who fought fighters as close to their best.

Not when Pac fought Morales, ODLH, Margarito, Mosely, Hatton etc...

Well that makes it official then ....That saves a lot of time for boxing historians and boxing fans who have been debating the GOAT topic for years ...now thats official they can focus on other things... What a relief it must be.

    All irrelevant

Pacquiao's longevity and success into this late stage overcomes all of that.

Yes, he had his ups and downs. Despite getting beat up by Horn, he came back strong.
Despite early setbacks he went on to secure a HOF legacy.

Pac is one of the greatest boxers of all time.
