    Who would win between Floyd mayweather Jr and Sugar Ray Leonard if they were both in there prime?

    Leonard TKO 15 at 147 lbs.

    Prime Vs prime is arguably a 130 or 140 lbs Floyd Vs a natural 147 lbs Ray that's beaten Benitez and Hearns - not really a fair fight.

    Leonard wins comfortably via UD or late TKO stoppage. Leonard is one of the worst styles that Floyd could be matched up against (my other ones are Robinson, Hearns & Norris). Leonard is too big, strong, fast & skilled for Mayweather at 147. The fight would resemble when Leonard fought Mayweathers daddy - Floyd Sr, & also Benitez (BTW - Floyd was not in his prime at 147 - he peaked at 140, but was still very good at 147).

    I can see where your coming from Floyd’s prime is debatable I’d say since a lot of his best wins were later on in his career. (His wins against Canelo and Pacquiao for instance) but I do agree that Leonard’s size and speed would trouble Mayweather.

    Straight up 15 rd fight normal rules, Leonard wins so easily people would be shocked . TKO or KO inside of 10. Leonards is way above Floyd in every category. Just the TRUTH folks.

    Do you think Floyd's ability to make between round adjustments and slow down the pace of a fight is negated by Ray's size, power and handspeed?

    I could see Floyd making it the distance after feeling something he didn’t like early. He could settle for a fairly wide points loss. If Floyd tries to win he more than likely gets stopped.
