This is a fight I've always been curious about. How would Pacquiao deal with a quick-handed, fleet-footed, southpaw with a pretty good punch & counterpunching skills? I predict it'll be something similar to when Pacquiao fought Broner (the difference being Judah is a southpaw, will let his hands go more & is overall better than Broner imo).
Judah is so underrated mostly his own doing. He always seemed to fail in his biggest moments. Pac eventually catches him and it’s good night
Juda is all wrong for Pac. The speed, the power, the unpredictability. Pacquiao needs stationary targets like Ricky Hatton or David Diaz. Tough one to pick but I am going with Judah by late round cuts stoppage
Won't even be close honestly. Pac makes easy work on Judah, who always folds midway when the fight doesn't go his way. Pac by stoppage.
Not sure how you can possibly pick Judah to stop Pac late when he's been beaten by guys that Pac has dealt with (Cotto, Clottey), and was even beat by the likes of Baldomir, Khan, and Paulie freaking Malignaggi.
So if you can't possibly see a scenario what is the point of even starting the thread? Why not just post 'i think Pac beats Judah, who agrees with me?'
If a slower guy with less power like tim Bradley could keep it close with Pac man then why couldn't a young phenom like Judah? Also, nothing for nothing but Judah gave prime Floyd a much tougher fight then Pac could against an old, semi retired Floyd
I'm not the one who started the thread though. Also, you're entitled to your opinion so I apologize if my response came out rude. I'm just not sure exactly what you see that Zab can do to really give Pac all kinds of problems when he's been known to crash and burn in most of his big fights. Even when he looks impressive in the first half of the fight he somehow finds a way to lose.
Bradley never beat Pac. He got a gift that night then proceeded to lose there next 2 bouts convincingly. Bradley beats Zab also.
I'm not saying it's a stone cold lock, zabs biggest weaknesses has always been mental and Pac could certainly expose that....but physically and raw talentwise, zab has all the tools to defeat Pacman Pacquiao. And as I mentioned to another comment, zab gave prime Floyd a much tougher fight then Manny could muster up against an old, barely active Floyd
Even physical and talent wise Pac is superior IMO. Better technically and more resourceful fighter. Stylistically Pac would be all wrong for someone like Zab. Also styles make fights. Zab looked pretty good in the first half until Mayweather adjusted. Let's not forget that Pac himself was already past it and KO'd previously prior to his fight against Floyd and still somehow managed to hurt him on more than one occasion. The fights with Bradley, in all honesty, were never really "close". Although I guess you can say that the first was pretty "close" but even then you'd be hard pressed to see a lot of people saying that Bradley actually won that. We'll just agree to disagree.
