I'm hoping Peter brings an end to Vitali's career once & for all. We need unification, not brothers holding belts.

Who, Vitali??? This may be the most ignorant thing I've ever heard say about him. Congratulations!

Vitali is basicly fighting at home how did they swing that? props to Peter for being a true champion and allowing the fight to take place there rather then demand him to fight in Nigeria or some ****.
either way I think Vitali is comming back soley for a pay day I dont think VK is interested in fighting the younger guys he wants Wlad to prove that Wlad is the better of the two as he has always said.
I think after VK Losses here he will retire again or call out Lewis for the one millionth time.

I doubt he is there for a payday as he he is extremely wealthy individual. I think for him it is all about holding belts at the same time, thus cementing a place in the history of the sport.

I thought this was going to be on Showtime? Is this not the same date as Tarver vs Dawson?

I doubt Showtime would show the Vitali vs Peter fight live then Tarver Dawson also later that evening.

If it is live from Germany it will be on at around 5:00 PM live in the States.

Wonder if HBO is an option now?

:lol::lol: He's a co-owner of K2 Promotions. I am sure they are making plenty. Wlad's last payday was 8 million euros.

No problem. I've seen other articles with that date before, however, they did not specify that the contracts had been signed by both and the venue was still speculated.

Even if Vitali wins he made it clear that he's going to vacate the belt and retire again, he just wants to celebrate being a champion with his brother and doesn't plan to continue. That's the last I've heard from him when asked if he will continue.
