Jermell Charlo Packing Serious Glass...

Be interesting to know the respective fight night weights. My eyes must be deceiving me because I don’t see a big guy and a little guy, I see a thin guy and a stocky tank. Is there any evidence Castano can make a lower weight?

 

@JOKER what are you trying to accomplish here? Mell got chin checked but he didn't go down or shatter. Castaño was in worse trouble in rounds 2 and 10 than Mell was at the end of round 3.

 

Serious glass would have been shattered. Charlo took a few good shots and handled them fairly well

 

Stock in what way? Charlos legs are clearly thicker than Castanos.

 

Much wider torso/ribcage. But I get it. ‘Big at the weight’ invariably means big shoulders and biceps and a narrow waist.

Charlo’s torso tapers down to a tiny waist while Castano has the upper body of Spongebob.

 

Castanos torso only looks big in proportion to his size. Charlo has a thin waist for his size but it's still larger than the midget Castanos.

 

You can look at any picture of them and see this isn’t true. No way is Castano fitting into Jermell’s tiny little jeans. But whatever, bit of a pointless debate. It’s always the guys with a particular body type who get called weight bullies.

 

If it fits their narrative, Hearns at 147 is bigger than Qawi at 175.

 

He's clearly larger. You're delusional if you think otherwise. Comparing Castano to Curtis Stevens or Avtandil Khurtsidze and Castano doesn't look very thick or bulky at all. He looks like a normal guy.

 

Charlo is a weight bully who was worked by the much smaller fighter.

 

Look how much smaller he was than Derevyanchenko when they fought in WSB

that should of been a knockdown and if it was counted correctly Charlo would of lost.

 

Charlos are protected can crushers , they are 31 and fought nobody .
