Grandpac is not the best or toughest that Spence has faced. Brook was the best, Porter was the toughest.

Of course prime Pacquiao, as an ATG would have been the best and toughest but this thread is about Grandpac.

By far he is the most skilled and toughest by far. There is only 2 current welterweights that would be a favorite over Pacman. Spence and Crawford, also Pac just beat the 3rd leg of who is the best welterweight after the dust settled from Floyd/ Pac Era.
There's not a single win on Spence record that I would give the nod over current Pac. I don't think the average fan understands the mentality of a fighter or a man like Pac. This is not a game to him, this is what he does. For him to be iced by the great Jmm and bounce back should show the type of mental grit the man has. No one ever made Pac quit trying to win or quit fighting, you're talking about a man who literally is more than willing to go out on his shield
