Frank’s loyalty to some boxers is ridiculous. He has a solid if not amazing operator in Lyndon who has done everything asked, but yet he is insisting in putting him back in with Yarde who has done literally nothing except rock Kovalev before getting knocked out by a jab.
Spot on. After Dubois lost he was devastated and talking about a rematch even after he got battered ffs. Just because they’ve been hyped doesn’t mean you have to carry on believing it when they’ve been shown up.
I think that Yarde can win and will win the rematch. He needs to be alot more active with his punch output, get past the jab and put pressure on Arthur. He will be highly motivated and very keen to put right the wrong of the first fight.
I was one of a very few that kept banging on that Arthur would win the first fight (yes I'm pulling my told you so expression). I fully believe that he will once again stick behind the jab but throw a few more token right hands. Why change when the first plan worked and your opponent turns up with exactly the same gameplan himself? Yarde and Co insist that they were robbed on the night so he's learned nothing and stuck with the same trainer so I'm confident of the same outcome.
Yarde and tunde are living in their own wee bubble.he barely threw a punch for 9rds and seemed more interested in posing.youre bang on though they can't accept reality and will keep doing it their way.
I backed Joyce to beat Dubois at 4/1 and Arthur to beat Yarde at 8/1 separately. Wish I’d lumped them in together.
