I'll tell you something. If Bakhodir Jalolov who was gun shy fighter when he needed to let his hands go / stand his ground as an amateur becomes a man...watch out. His skills, power and size are even better than Hrgovic's . For real. Doesn't mean he'll be a better fighter. https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/834487 clips: This content is protected
If managed right he can break the top 10 and be a decent contender however that's his ceiling for me.
Personally I reckon he’s the best of those coming through. I also reckon he beats most contenders now.
I'm not sold on him. He's big and a good athlete but in terms of skills he still seems amateurish and rather basic, basically a heavyweight Amir Khan. He's fine when he just got a target there to throw at but he doesn't counter punch much and much like Khan when a guy throws at him he just shells up, doesn't slip, doesn't move laterally, just backs up and shells up and at heavyweight I feel that's a recipe for disaster. I could see someone like Chisora giving him hell, at least until his gas tank runs out.
Good talent and high level gatekeeper at worst, fringe contender at best. But no, he isn't the future of the division by any means.
Yup, he's packing glass for sure. His only future is getting his fragile mandible shattered by the first live body he faces.
I just hope he fights a live opponent soon. He's a big question mark with his PED use and soft opposition so far.
LOL. You're watching professional boxing, and you're dismissing a guy for using drugs? You'd be better switching off of boxing for good. Anyway, Yoka is definitely not any good when talking about the highest level. He will be beaten soon enough if he boxes anyone with a pulse.
