https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sk...-world-title-fight-russians-promoter-confirms Dmitry Bivol's promoter confirms that Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez fight "has been mentioned" and the Russian world champion would be interested in facing the Mexican star next if he receives a suitable fight date
A "suitable" fight date? He last fought a week before Canelo's last fight. They are on the same schedule. Bivol's last fight was buried on a Katie Taylor undercard. Sign the contract and get back in the ring and enjoy Main Event status and huge check. These guys are all freaking cowards. I swear. I'm up to my eyeballs in these freaking excuses.
I knew this fight was gonna happen, I predicted it ages ago. Beterbiev simply will not be allowed to become undisputed champion, this is their way of stopping it. Canelo will be gifted this belt and hold it hostage until Artur is 40 years old. They are going to repeat what they did to GGG.
I would much rather see Canelo finish 168. He's going to burn out fast at 175. If Plant doesn't want to cash the check he's spending his prime in a holding pattern for then call John Ryder in. Then figure out how to force Plant to fight Benavidez, and if all goes well you set up a great matchup for Cinco de Mayo.
So Canelo is gonna do the short camp trick again? Now, Bivol looks like the kind of guy who is always on point and ready to go, but still, this kind of stuff from Canelo sucks - dangle the big fact pay check, and have little sheep dance to his tune (and maybe his cycle!). If this happens, I hope Bivol brings his A game and schools Alvarez.
No, he said it himselft than he will be ready for anybody at that weight, but he needs more time to prepare. Sadly they know it and trying to play him like that
They're gonna drain Bivol down to 168. Bivol won his last fight at 175 but didn't look to impressive... Timing and conditions is everything to Canelo ... Bivol will likely get a short camp Canelo is an absolute puss y how can anyone with any ounce of intelligence think this is guy 1. P4p material 2. Good for the sport Jokester just like that fraud Mayweather
