Jalolov is an absolute monster, a nigh unbeatable force who might rival prime Lennox Lewis

My claim was that he at least has a "decent" jab but that it is inhibited by his other limitations. I am genuinely struggling to see how that is mistaken.

I couldn't disagree with you any more, but you can't reason with someone who simply has it in for someone.

Price's jab was busting Allen up and the jab absolutely was a determinant in the ambition being knocked out of Allen. There wasn't a whole lot of power shots coming from Price, and the ones that could be described as power shots, the uppercuts, followed from an effective jab.

Price's jab is like a barometer for his confidence - as it is with many boxers but especially so in his case. Against Allen - the first fight in years I feel Price didn't think he could lose or be hurt - it was quite snappy like it was pre-Thompson. But the Allen fight is an outlier of recent years. Price didn't gas against Allen either, again due to being relaxed and, therefore, not burning up nervous energy. Otherwise he just paws with his jab unconvincingly as you describe. Basing an assessment of Price's jab on the Allen fight is kinda funny...

Jalolov is the greatest heavyweight i have ever seen since the great Lennox Lewis reigned supreme. He must be a nightmare for everyone who steps in the ring with him. The man is completely outclassing everyone in the Olympics. Him and his competition are worlds apart.

Yes he would easily ice the bodybuilder. The Gypsy King is the one who can beat Jalolov.

I watched Jalolov in his semi this morning v Clarke. I liked what i saw. His defence needs work but for a huge guy he moves well, has a good jab and some nice snappy combos. Lots of potential there.

The first of the two videos you published Is not referring to the Quarterfinals of Olympics but to a fight he had with an amateur some years ago. Its impressive for this reason.

Really amazing footwork for a guy who is 6' 7".

If somebody had handed that kid a basketball instead of boxing gloves, he'd probably be an NBA All-Star point guard right about now.

He's a bit basic. He could use a bit more tools in the belt, but what he has works awfully well. He never looked like losing a single round last night.

And he never really got out of 1st grear until the final moments of the fight.

He didn't break a sweat. Usyk is an andorid but at least he has the decency to break a sweat.
