I already said that was dumb from Bivol to say he can make 168, but i guess it doesnt matter, if he had said it or not, the A-side Canelo would have still offered a catchweight, because Bivol is a young fighter with good workrate and not old, drunk and unmotivated Kovalev. I like Canelo's skills, but I really want Bivol to beat the **** out of him. Btw, are bouts at catchweights titel fights? Bivol is WBA champion since 4 years.
Bivol made things easy for Cinnamon when he eagerly said he could make 168 when all he could've done was come at 169 if he wanted to come in light ,now all Cinnamon needs to do is diligently eat clen and tren hard for the upcoming fight.
This is nonsense, if banning catchweights is too strict and intolerant for fatties and "A-sides", at least prohibit titel fights, at least those ass holes wont get titels.

But now I am sure mexican midget doesnt give a ****. when he fights good names they are either old or he fights them at catchweight, if he doesnt do it like with GGG, who was old but not shot like Kovalev, Canelo was in big troubles. Sad thing that after years casuals gonna see his resume and think he is GOAT or some ****, because they dont know under which conditions he beat his opponents.
bivol is saying he cant fight in september, so thats good. that will force canelo to go to beterbiev. the date is whats important to canelo, he can fight for belts any date.
not agreeing with it, but you're shooting the messenger. it all comes back to not having one federation. you only have to look at jake paul fights selling for $60 PPV to realise that there are plenty of people willing to jump on somebody's bandwagon and make them even richer, and be damned with the detractors who actually know what's going on. there's a noticeable shift in the last few years to fighters subscribing to ze germans way of making a buck, rather than the pacquiao way of making a buck, and i don't see that changing anytime soon, because the only thing better than making lots of money is making even more money.
Any fanboy who thought Canelo was some guy who'd fight anyone anywhere is silly. Few fighters are EVER truly like that. Canelo is a businessman, who's taken a lot from Floyd, style and all.
