Simple question. I think he would be, but I also don't think he can pull it off. If you already think he's the GOAT just vote yes and don't pollute the thread with a lengthy breakdown of why.
A Manny win over Spence would be fantastic and enhance his career legacy even more, but no, he wouldn't be GOAT imo.
if he did beat spence I personally would have to (reluctantly) admit he is a true great and all time top p4p fighter but I fear this fight will be looked back on as a 50 year old midget fighting a car crash victim. not fair but thats how it is
Not no but **** no. His best win even if he beats Spence will be MAB you can't be the GOAT when your best win is MAB.
Is he not already a true great and top P4P fighter? Also, the car crash shouldn't be an excuse if many people are already doubting Pac's chances and Spence looking sharp against Garcia. Pac beating Spence would just be another monumental achievement to Pac's already great resume.
Also beating Spence, as great of a win as it would be seen, DOES NOT put Pac to GOAT status. Let's not go overboard people. He's already arguably a Top 15 ATG, let's just leave it at that.
Maybe not GOAT (which is really hard to be nowadays) but still a legendary ATG nonetheless. Beating JMM x2, Morales x2, and Cotto isn't too shabby either.
