I think Corrie Sanders might have dropped him in sparring. They sparred in Germany in 2002 and Valuev said back than that those sparrings were extremely hard for him and that it was the first time ever when he learned what it's like to be hit really, really hard

 

But did anybody ever claim he actually hit the mat (or went down to a knee), or just speculatin'?

 

Well, if there might be talks about Valuev versions from Holyfield and Haye fight? These versions of very slow Valuev with added serious joints problems?

I think these versions bunch with top CW and HW boxers might had won on points cos he might be not able to hit them properly.

From some website forum I then had get some Valuev fans scores from Holyfield fights with majority as for Holy or a draw, minority that he had won vs Holy, about Haye fight more like that he was not able to hit him normally and had lost via UD vs Haye.
Cirtique about stuff how slow he is etc alike.

You don't need to drop these versions from these fights to get win vs Valuev.

This. I remember reading about the Sanders sparring stories with Valuev and they seem to have vanished from the web now. Can't find them at all and I've looked hard!
