Joshua is too big for Pac.

I can't see Pac agreeing to go beyond Light heavy.

    Cruiser at the absolute most.

yes, mikey would pull in similar numbers as spence, where ugas cant. he has also been asking for and scouting pac for years. hes been in the gym, looks in fair condition, and he can lose the fight and not lose drawing power. similar size and his lack of prep would be offset by pacs age. its still a great fight,

I mean, this helps Pac tbh, I gave him very little chance of beating a healthy Spence, but Ugas is a very winnable fight for a major world title. I don't think Spence dropped out of the fight because he was scared, but I think his career is pretty much done, this was supposed to be the fight that would make him a superstar. The WBC and IBF should just strip him for stalling the WW division, he's holding it hostage like Beterbiev is at LHW.

    Honestly, **** Errol Spence.

He ducked the Crawford fight for years, to let it "marinate" and play hardball while he fought PBC fighters like fat midget Mikey Garcia.

The money and legacy was in the Crawford fight....best WW battle in decades but they took a calculated gamble and it almost paid off big time with Pacquiao...Almost..

Fight the biggest fights when they are hot....you'll never get the Crawford opportunity back now because of a decision you made...and now because of bad luck you're not getting the Pacquiao fight either. Two huge paydays , two legacy fights.

Whats the quickest anyone's come back from a retinal tear? Leonard was out 3 yrs with his. Between the car crash and this Spence is losing multiple years in his prime when his star is brightest.

Best case now is we see him at 154 (if not 160) sometime in 2023 fighting god knows who....but it ain't gonna be Pac or Crawford.

For a late replacement, Ugas is more than solid! Very unsexy for many I imagine but a top 10 ranked fighter is all you can ask for, always relevant to some degree.

Terrible news, this was the fight that could have breathed new life into the WW division.

I'm glad they're pressing on though. I hate belts being upgraded with no fight, but Ugas has earned his shot at the WBA belt.

This is a good matchup and Manny has a much better chance here. The only thing is if he loses that's a much worse loss than Spence.
