He lost in his prime to a man who started his career two weight categories below himself who was officially 2 inches shorter with a 4.5 inch reach deficit. He was also losing to Hearns before the 14th round TKO, which wouldn't exist today. So it's very plausible that an elite modern welterweight athlete could beat him.
I think Pac is the only dude on the list who might, Crawford is the next best on the list but I reckon Ray would beat him concisively.
