I agree to an extent but Pac is old as hell. Surely you don't think Ugas would have beaten a prime Pacquiao do you ?

Thats like suggesting Ugas is more skilled than manny? Which is false.

Manny is 42 and hasnt fought for 2 years. Father time is simply undefeated.

Stylistically Ugas would always be a hard match up for Pac. Pac can be outboxed. I just didn't think Ugas was durable enough to pull it off, he proved me wrong.

No he wouldn't. This fight was competitive and pac was 42 with slow feet and diminished hand speed and counter punching abilities. Ugas would get beaten up in a 1 sided fight against prime Pacquiao. Now Floyd would definitely beat prime Pac but not ****ing Ugas. Though i will take nothing from Ugas. He was the better man tonight

pac fought a stupid fight trying to run over ugas early and getting countered like that. He should have worked his jab and got ugas to throw and then countered. Also he ****ed up letting ugas hit him low that many times. You have to go blow for blow low with people.

I never said that though he did display tonight the attributes needed to beat Pacquiao. Let’s not diminish his accomplishment.

smh. A damm near 43 year old coming off a 2-year layoff and this is somehow a blueprint to beating Pac, just be more skilled? lol.

So much of fighters skills is contingent on their assets.

Floyd's skill is contingent on him having a long ass reach. When he fights someone taller like Mcgregor and has to come forward, he fights like an amateur.

Wlad/Lewis looked like amateurs when they were fighting a fighter of high calibre that was taller than them, they couldn't impose their skill.

Mike Tyson's skill was reliant on him being athletic as fk, move his head quick enough, insane reflexes, insane explosiveness. Try to do that peakaboo style skill successfully if you are not close to Tyson's atheleticsm.

Ugas "skill" is reliant on him being a big ass dude. If he went up to MW, that guard would get blown out by someone like GGG or Canelo.

Pac's "skills" is reliant on him having fast feet and insane stamina. He overwhelms fighters by being everywhere and throwing from everywhere, need legs and stamina to pull that off. Neither of those was present tonight.

Some people don't have a clue.
