What did you expect from the guy who's 42 years old already? I'm just waiting for hearing his final decision to quit or continue.
He'll have a fairwell easy fight in PH. As I said before, this was going to be his last fight at a high-level win or lose. If he won, it would have been his last stand but he was done either way. 42 for a guy who relies on explosiveness, legs and stamina as his main assets to win at WW? He's fkin ancient compared to where he was.
I agree he looked good for for his age fighting a naturally bigger man. Pac has earned the right to fight who he wants and I wouldn’t mind seeing him fight Guerrero next as a get back
He looked good and didn't fade. I expected the 2nd half to be all Ugas but Manny surprised again. He's obviously not the same but he's still in the top 5 in the division. I don't think he has enough for Spence and Crawford.
Had he been in there with Spence who would have pushed the pace he would have looked horrible in the second half of the fight. Ugas fights at a more measured pace don't let that fool you.
Pacquiao no longer has the ability he used to have against giants. If Pacquiao wants to have few fights left, it should be opponents on his own size. Going back to 140 is a good idea.
I think if he continues he should do something like fighting LSC at 140 or finding some other guy who has fought at 130 or below that has a bit of a name.
Yep, Ugas was just bigger.. Range plus the style. Pac was looking for ways to engage all night, Ugas just had the gameplan. Props to him.
Nobody was schooling 2010 Pacquiao. May ducked Pac like the plague and only decided to fight him after he had been KTFO by Marquez.
Pacquiao was beaten by Marquez in 2008 going to 2009, so what was so special about Pacquiao between 2009 and 2010?? Let me guess Pacquiao beating Cotto after a assault from Margarito? Or Pacquiao beating Hatton after getting beat by Callazo and KTFO by Mayweather???
