I think Sugar Hill or the legendary Emmanuel Steward (if he was still alive and younger) are great matches as trainers for Joshua.

I think by now though he wouldn't be able to be altered by a new trainer that dramatically but he could be tweaked to improve his defense and how to pace himself better.

Joshua's last fight he looked good against a much slower, older Pulev who's only real tool he had left his jab seemed to have decreased in accuracy.

Are you sure he went to prison for hitting his sister? I couldn’t find anything about that online.

The crime against Briggs doesn't seem to be quite on the same level with the other ones.

Teddy Atlas is like a day's gone trainer from the 70's who is too stubborn to try new tricks and techniques to advance a boxer's repertoire of skills.

It's like he watched the Rocky movies too much and role played Mickey too often it's stuck to his personality.

True, but phoning people and then hanging up without saying anything is an indication of mental illness.

I really wish to see what kind of stuff he had " tought " what had helped Tyson or Povetkin.
Tyson first coach was gentlemen from youth center, then he had showed this Mike to Cus and Cus, Kevin and Co had worked with him.
    Povetkin?
If someone had saw amateur versions of Povetkin, he did not needed miracle coach to learn how to drop ppl if he was able to do this with am gloves without pro boxing coach.

I forget what fight it was, it was maybe on PBC a few years back but Teddy Atlas kept bringing up Cus D Amato, Cus said this, he did that. The commentator who resembles Howard Cosell told Teddy, let's talk about something else. During the commercial break, Atlas stormed off.

Yeah, he's roleplaying Mickey and has been riding D'Amato's coattails for his whole career. Not a fan of the way he always seems to trash fighters after they split.
