I mean the judges gave it draw. First time I watched I scored 7- 5 Hunter but watching it the second time I scored it 8-4 Hunter. It was a good fight.
So he won 4 rounds against a blown up cruiserweight then. Hardly ‘coming off a good performance’ was a cherry pick gone wrong and another of AJ’s leftovers.
I would favour Hunter against most HWs in the divison (I'd pick him to beat the likes whyte, Parker, Ruiz, Joyce, Pulev and Wilder). Povetkin hardly a cherry pick when he was one of top 5 hws at time. No shame losing to HW with best resume in the divison in AJ.
That Hunter had povetkin badly hurt in the 1st? Yes, Povetkin did well to recover from that but Hunter should of had his hand raised at the the end.
No news on who Whyte is fighting still. Guess its because he is the most feared and avoided fighter in the division, kept down by political issues, 1 million days mandatory for the WBC etc, etc ...
Will get all the spiel about “trying to secure a top opponent” before announcing Arreola on about 4 weeks notice. Predictable and boring at this point. Dillian Whyte’s resume is a bit of a myth. He should rematch Parker
joyce is too young for whyte to consider needs to be ancient , over the hill or crap or all for whyte to fight
They've must have an opponent signed and just waiting for a time to announce it. Sorting icons guy said Whyte has told who it is.
