    As to whether this is still light heavyweight? Probably not, I would imagine that it now becomes "open-weight" (so, HW).

    As to whether it will count on their pro records like Belfort vs. De La Hoya was set to? I dunno. My inclination would be that no, this is probably an exhibition now.

    I'd mortage my house and bet it all on Holyfield if I knew he even had a decent training camp, but I"m afraid Holyfield is probably going to step into this fight strictly for the money and unproperly trained. If thats the case, hopefully its just an exhibition sparring session.
