I missed the whole Conor Benn fight and 7 rounds of Katie Taylor. The beer queues were a joke. They were pouring bottles into plastic pint glasses. Ran out of beer, wine and only had Tetleys. I got to the front of queue and they brought shutter down. I was fuming. Really soured the night. The Warrington entrance was incredible. Genuinely was an amazing moment with the Sweet Caroline, Buffer and Warrington with the fireworks on the raised stage.

Shame about the fight. Lol.

 

I enjoyed the Maxi Hughes fight. Really good atmosphere around me, really added to the experience. Fun fight live. Back from pub and watched Benn fight (so angry I was stuck in a beer queue) and it wasn't the most exciting fight. Used his jab fairly well to the body but not a classic lol.

 

Beer service is tragic at live events

 

Just spoils it. Had 3 beers in house, 3 pints at the show (got there early), double cheeseburger. All going well, just wanted another 2-3 pints and stuck in a queue for ages. Really bad service.

When I saw this live I thought they were giving props to Lara for wanting to fight on! If they are questioning Lara’s heart that’s really poor. Hope Lara gets a rematch.
