Many rumours flew about that Dubois dad wanted him away from bowers and warren. Both had him under contract. Bowers agreed to walk from his trainer contract but not the more lucrative management one. Warren had him on a five year contract and instead promised to rebuild him. The famous ifl interview where Dubois looked like a prisoner of war and the talk sport one where his dad jumped in proved that. Dubois family is very hard to deal with but it’s no coincidence that Caroline isn’t with Frank
They do when there's an occasion but that's all. Womens' football will go through bursts like athletics, show jumping and cycling do when the Olympics are on, but in between times, in this country, it'll be force-fed to a small audience. The days of quirky sports being prime time viewing - Horse of the Year Show FFS - are long gone. You could say the same for men's football in all honesty - 30 million watched an England tournament final but the last Saturday night regular show got less than 10% of that. Women's football will only ever be a sub-set of that audience at best. BBC will claim womens' sport is popular by showing it on BBC1 which would pull a couple of million if it showed the test card.
So it’s a rumour, which you incorrectly stated was a fact..got it. Yes, we know about the Bowers Management stuff. He had already signed a Management deal/ had a relationship with them before he came to Warren, so let’s not pretend it’s part of the same package. He clearly signed a 5 year contract, because Warren had been paying him unbelievable money to KO bums like Fijimoto amongst better opponents like Gorman and Cajanu and than he got the bag against Joyce
never once said I stated fact. The same as you. Calm it down and let’s see how it all plays out. You seem far too emotional
You specifically said that he wanted to leave Warren - not that you heard a “rumour” about it. Anyway, I’m not emotional about any of it. As you say, let’s see what happens.
Proper Queensbury vs Matchroom match up here. Love to see these two powerhouses put their promotional differences to the side and fight each other.
