    Pep is the most talented featherweight I have ever seen.

    Of those I haven't seen mentioned, I would add Vasyl Lomachenko and Kid Chocolate.

    I thought Bernard Taylor had mad talent, but didn't really develop it, and didn't fight the fighters he needed to fight.
