I don't think so, Milas is an out boxer with little power so he should suit Yoka. I wouldn't go far as to say this was a cherry pick but they chose an opponent that compliments Yoka's strengths so I expect Yoka to win comfortably.

 

milas not fighting in 23 months doesnt help either.. might of had chance if stayed active.

If he had a decent promoter who kept him active the past two years, I would agree.

But the inactivity has likely ruined him, stunted his development as a heavyweight.
