Absolute class act and undervalued fighter.nobody wants anything to do with him now after the Taylor fight which is a travesty considering his tremendous effort against the tartan spartan.

Proper respectful but game fighter who had the balls to hit back at Chisora after he threw his tantrum about being pay-per-pudding main event at that press conference.

Aye I'm a fan of Prograis too. Great fighter, second best in the division after Taylor and we all saw how close that was when they fought. Seems like a cool guy as well.

    Love him. He's a throwback.

One of the best LWW's to emerge in years.

He’s an unreal boxer. It’s just a shame he came up short against a great in Taylor and a brilliant fight it was too. Hope he gets himself new management and progresses back to the top.

Id love to see a rematch at some point the first was an elite level fight that delivered on all fronts. We need more of these in boxing.

Great boxer, great fighter and a great story that's hopefully far from finished yet. One seriously tough lad.

Top fighter and comes across a top bloke too. Hopefully picks all the belts up when Taylor moves up.

Prograis vs. M Garcia not coming to fruition was a kick in the nuts. Would've been a cracker. A fight I hope comes back on the table if they both have tick overs first. Garcia fighting Sandor Martin next it seems.

He is one of the most under rated fighters in the sport imo. Doesnt help that his last fight was being talked over by a drink and drug fuelled De La Hoya and some big smackheid looking chap called Snoopy the dug (charlie browns dug lol) and it was on the shitshow of a channel triller

I remember when I first started following his career and he struck me as a proper old school guy, both he and Taylor are quite a throwback in how they do things. Prograis used to post videos of himself training in his back garden, bare handed punching three tyres on a chain, that spoke to me!
