Sad old fighters put a payday over their health (if money is what they’re after)

Oh I don't know, it will probably still happen. Holyfield isn't scared of anyone and Tyson probably thinks he'd take Holyfield out just as fast now.. And people will, sadly, pay for it, cos of who it is.

I hope it doesn't happen, but this is boxing 2021..

Belfort is a real piece of ****. He celebrated like crazy after beating up an old man. Shameless *******.

Prefight Holyfield looked physically in great shape for his age, but sadly as was evident, neurologically Holyfield is in very much poorer shape, it was a sad 110 seconds to have witnessed.

Mr Holyfield please only ever step into the squared circle again to receive the applause of the audience, when introduced along with other ex greats, prior to big championship bouts of present fighters.

Actually I was expecting a preplanned 8 round dance and jab routine where a draw is announced. I guess Belfort didn't get the memo

I thought he was talking better too and now he wants to get his brain scrambled again? Just foolish of him. I thought it was a horrible stoppage (in a vacuum, it was) and yet I'm glad he got stopped.

Nah. Tyson is younger than Holyfield. Tyson is a lot fresher than Holyfield, he didn’t take such a beating during his career. Tyson looks far more coordinated and explosive than Holyfield.

Holyfield looked like a brain damage grandpa even before the fight. Tyson still looks menacing.

    I’d pick Tyson.

Holyfield is more well known in europe than Wilder.

Most likely promoters prefer well known names on cards to get attention?
Next maybe will be Holyfield vs Tyson and Haye vs Bellew III and fights like this.
They maybe might even attempt to reanimate Valuev and Klits, Lewis, Ward, DLH.

    Oh God, don't say that.
The Klitschko era was really bad enough for me, but to have em back fighting!!!

But to be serious, this is getting stupid now. Tyson, Jones, Holyfield, Oscar, all putting them self out there again.
I blame the heavyweight division and Covid.
Totally messed things up and now we're getting these old guys wanting a go.

Why not, Chisora, Pulev and Wach are from this era, they continue to fight.
Other stuff that Klits are rich and not likely might agree to fight.
